Attended a private function in the dining area. The food was great and the staff helpful and friendly (this is north Queensland after all). Stayed on in the outdoor area later on and everything was equally good.

We had a family reunion there last weekend and it was an ideal location for everyone, the food was terrific, the staff very friendly and worked really hard to make our time great. We had our sit down meal in the closed room function space and then we all moved out to the open air, which after such a lovely meal and being so well looked after by the staff, the fresh air was a nice change. Our event was managed very well as there were many staff on that day and night. I strongly recommend it for large groups as we had a fabulous time and was well looked after, maybe even spoilt !!
